So I'm not new to baic, but I dont post very often. Anyway, so today I was on my way home from work in Santa Clara and I was about half way home when I got a red light at the Las Plumas and Mckee Intersection. There were a few cars around as I was the first in line in my lane. The car next to me had a hispanic looking guy maybe about 30 years of age? lol well this guy is staring at me the whole time and decides to jump out of his car and attack my car with a wooden bat. So he gets about 3 swings in denting my car and leaving a few scratches on my passenger side window. I take off to avoid being hit anymore and pull over to call 911. He takes off and dodges traffic and is too quick for me to read his license plate. However i did notice he was driving a silver neon, a newer year and got a somewhat good idea of what he looked like. I did pull over to wait for an officer to make a report and figure out what the heck was going on. Well what a great way to end the day and if anyone knows anything can you please let me know! welll thats it for today x_x.

Wow...sorry to hear that man. Why did he do it...any signs before the attack?

 

There were plenty of people around and one of the officers said they had a few people calling in for what had just happend.

 

Well he just really stared at me while i was at the stop light he then just opened his door and had a bat in hand and started swinging. He was already stopped at the light as i pulled up so i dont know what i could have done.

Im always afraid of being attacked tons of F'd up people out there...I dont think i drive like an *** but i know others do as i get the flicker flicker of the high beams every once and a while...wahhhhhhhhh

If not.. I hope this chump gets popped and justice gets served.
I always keep objects in my car in case of situations like this. Nevada has a surplus of these goods.

It might be worthwhile to do some some investigation if it's not too time intuitive. Check with local businesses with cameras. A suit and tie with the appropriate authority presentation usually leads them right to their camera closet.

 

Haha. Well im always in the area where it happend becuase my girl friend lives about a minute away. I've never seen the person before but hopefully some one got his plate or something...oh well time to deal with insurance on this one haha.

stuff like that..haha ive had a few encounters with people just trying to prove they are something for no reason other than a glance they thought was "intimidating"

Sounds like a good Idea. I know the area pretty well so i pretty much let the cops know what streets exited the small area and to where. so by the time the report was done, there were a few patrolling with a good idea of what they were to find. But i will take your suggestion and check around to see what i can find.

when i worked at stevens creek subaru, i parked in back with everyone else, and the one day i dont take my van to lunch and XIV gets cut into the side of it and they cracked my windshield...all cuz it was blue.
so maybe cuz ur wrx is WRB, who knows

 

lol, yah thats what my friend told me. becuase i describe the guy to him and he said he probably did it because your car is blue. pretty stupid though =\

 

that is nuts! reminds me of that video of this guy at a corner in vegas. he was all calm then he started attacking a PT Cruiser.
