Yes, she did run, yes the guy filming it gave it to police. I was across the lot looking at all the people going "Wait, WHAT THE ****!?" as she took off. This is her second time this sort of thing has happened. She tried to get Wheelworks to give her a new tire the last time she did this. (Yes, I recognize the b!tch's plate from last time.)
Props for someone actually filming it, me I would've been on my feet immediately after she hit the other car and making her sit on the chair while we called P.D. but this evidence should put her off the road much better and for far longer.

The ONLY reason, ONLY reason I know and recognized the car immediately was because of the drama storm she brought upon the local WheelWorks Manager since I was there for a warranty tire.
First it was the lugnuts she needed to go with that specific set of rims were wrong, second was her fit about the tire. Well, check this honey, they likely would've taken it in the butt over the tire but you need to have the correct lugnuts for those rims anyhow, and the fact it was damaged when you had them swapped by someone other than the Wheelworks people when you got the rims from whoever is your problem also.
I'm a parts rep, even I saw she was a douche within 10 minutes. This hit and run bit only solidified my belief. I wish I had witnessed it from the start, I'd have no debate as to be a witness against her or not.
