Apple Help Needed
Apple Help Needed
I have an old iPod, a new iPad, an iPhone 4S and a HP pc that I want to connect to the same iTunes account so all tunes are shared by all devices but I'm having issues. If any Mac experts who can help me with this are reading then send me a pm and I'll pay you handsomely if you can help.
Thanks , Glen

What issues are you having? If you want to have the same music on all of them. Just sync all of them to your itunes. if you want to share certain playlist only.
I usually use method 2 of this link.

i dont know...
that is the reason i FRIGGIN hate itunes.
when i got my phone 3G years ago, i did everything on my work machine.
so i thought i could sync it to my home machine. what a disaster. music is one way only. at least back then. dont know how it is now.
i was so glad i went to android as soon as i could...

This is how I used to do it. Except before it became a wiki thing. There is the free way and there is the buy a program way. Take your pick they are both a little time consuming but at least you get all your music back.

your going to have to use a program to get the music off of your old ipod on to your comp, I had the same problem because i have multiple computers in my house and wanted all the same music on all of them. Apple products are the worst in this situation.
Exactly. I need somebody to meet me with all my devices and make this so and in return receive great riches beyond their wildest dreams

If i remember right, when i had this problem i just put all my music from my old ipods onto a backup HD, then imported all of it from the harddrive, to the itunes account.

Use the free i-FunBox tool to view your iPod as a storage device. Navigate to the music folder. Once there, you'll notice the names/tags are all messed up (at least they are on mine). Doesn't matter, select and "Copy to PC".
Once you get it on your computer, you can re-tag/re-name all your music (or use some tool to do it like MediaMonkey or whatever). Then you can re-import it to your iTunes and sync to your other devices.
