Apparently, I bought a '13 Camaro

So I keep getting email from a GM dealer about my new car. A new car I don't see in my garage. At first I thought it was just spam, but I kept getting it, unsubscribing and sending it to spam. The dude obviously either wrote down wrong or MUCH more likely, they fudged the email when they put it in their system at the dealership sending this crap to me pretty much every week despite multiple unsubscribes.

Just now I got one that was a survey for the dealership. THAT was a mistake I gave them 100% negative feedback. Guessing I won't be winning that iPad for taking the survey LOL. I answered YES to "include my contact info"

This is what I was thinking. Someone used your info and bought a car... better make sure it isn't identity theft.

I have a credit service due to fraud previously, so I would have gotten a report from them if anything posted to my credit. That was the FIRST thing I checked.

I also have a facebook account with my email and live in the Philippines.

wonder what would happen if you did get a key from the dealer? The dealer makes you show proof of who you are and since it is purchased with your info would it be stealing? from someone who stole?
