Should I keep my AP which i never used coz i have no money for gauges and tuning.

Or should I sell it for a PS3 that comes out in 10 days.
But the problem is, I don't have one reserved, so where can I get one without reservation?

only way to get one without a reservation is to camp outside somewhere in hopes of snagging one. i did the same thing for the xbox360. well actually i showed up at best buy at 2pm the DAY BEFORE IT CAME OUT, just to see if anyone was crazy enough to be waiting outside so early. turned out that there were already 60 some-odd people there. needless to say, get there early, or wait til next year .

 

Target is your best friend

Got to a target at 7 PM last year for my 360 and was number 23

plan on getting to my local target at noon for my PS3 (selling for moneyz for my TBE/Wii)

 

I doubt the price is going to go down that quick.. look at the ps2. I believe it's the same price as when it came out or slightly cheaper. For me I dont' thank I can wait that long. I think I will just wait till their second shippment when they find out all the bugs and the second shippment is all good

 

You can buy a preorder on ebay for about $3000 right now.

 

I walked into my local gamecrazy and got an xbox 360 on release day with no lines, check those since people overlook them since they are inside hollywood videos. I will probably do the same for the PS3, most likely sell it and buy a Wii. I'm gonna try to buy an extra one to make some money on it for my motorcycle fund.

i don't think ur going to be able to get one if u don't have a pre order... sony said they were going to have 500,000 units for japan and the US. 100 for japan 400 for us. a few weeks ago japan's 100 was cut by 10%... we too might be cut. when they made the cuts for japan they said the number of units said was just a goal.... i don't think ther're going to meet their goal for america... also, places like game stop were told that they were going to get 12-16 units each, and all of them were put on pre order in like 10 minits of opening day for pre orders..... but DUDE! IF U GET A PS3 U SHOULD TURN AROUND AND SELL IT FOR LIKE 3X THE PRICE! and then buy one 3-4 months later

 

is it worth buying a ps3 right now? there will be nothing out for it
