Alright, so my HOA pays for cable and I don't have a cable box. Called Comcast and they told me that I can pick one up from the local office. However, they can't provide me the local office number to call and check for availability. I wasted a trip today to go into an office today just so they can tell me they don't have it, even though i called the 800# ahead of time and they told me that specific office has them. And the local office won't give me their local number.

So, I need someone that works in a local Comcast office to either reserve me one so I can pick it up or at least tell me which local office has one so I don't have to keep on driving to the local office to do an inventory check. Very annoying... please help... :help:

 

I usually goto the one on 10th street near the fairgrounds. They usually have everything in stock.

 

that was the one I went to... they were the only one open yesterday... today I have more options... but I hate to go from store to store to hunt one down... thanks!

speaks of comcast, does anyone have hook ups on the cable? i want to get it but they never really have specials, only first 6 months is cheap.
