For anyone wanting to hear a cobb replica catback

Heres a link to the sound of my car (vid1)with a hks blankplate catless downpipe (vid 2 invidia catted dp) and a cobb replica catback. I didn't find any good clips on youtube at all that sounded decent. I shot this with my iphone and it sounds EXACTLY how it sounds if you stand outside the car. The exhaust is made by the new "M2 Performance" not the official one that closed down whenever that was, costs 200 new.

hahah I was pretty surprised when I put on my invidia catted downpipe to hear that it was that loud. Woke up the whole neighborhood! How are you liking it now, man?

haha I can hear it spool now, with my last setup it was louder and I wasn't able to hear it. I like it how it toned down what I had and sounds pretty nice.

I think the replicas are louder. Haven't heard too many Cobbs in person.

You're right, Eli. When my friend had his HKS carbon and g200 on the Invidia catted dp, I couldn't hear any turbo whistle. It must be due to the resonators on the midpipe.

Yeah it could be the resonators.. It's not terribly loud or anything, it's just right haha I'm not sure if its louder than a Cobb or not, but I'm sure its raspier, especially when I had the hks catless downpipe on

It's really loud lol...I would say a bit quieter than a Blitz Nur Spec. But not by much.

Do the mini tunnel that goes under the golden gate on the sf side. I used to WOT all the time through there after work.

Nur Spec R is my favorite exhaust tone ever. If I ever take it off I'd probably go with this. Sounds real good.
