You should try to go the Main Street in Motion GM test drive over in Alameda (right by Oakland). Its today, Saturday and Sunday. Last time I went they let some people register and drive who didn't pre-register online for the event. I'm going to it today with a few friends, should be there around 10am. Event is free btw.

I might be down... I'm leaving the country for a while on Monday which means I have no work or anything at the specific moment. Oakland? Why not come to SJ and we can hit the tech museum? I can take you to the James Lick Observatory if you want... One of the best roads in the bay area, highest point in the bay area, AND it's a friggin observatory! (You can't find better views of the bay area)
