I doubt the organizer can pull all that off. I'm already imagining it to be a disaster with so much spectator participation.
WTH is 'all star race' anyway? They're not seriously racing, just going to parade around the track? Its not counted toward the championship, so they'll probably be babying their cars.

We don’t have special passes for garage or pit access, and there generally are no restricted areas. That means your pass gets you in to any part of the show.
