yep Apple with let you upgrade to the 5 as long as you are as you are able to upgrade in the calander year and extend the return on the 4 if you want to change it to the 5 or give you a refund on the iphone 4

Go back to ATT and suck their **** Fat Matt. I've sold five T-Mobile phones that I had unlocked. They never questioned what I was going to do, didnt blink an eye, just gave me the unlock code because I have a T-Mobile account.
