The other day there were four CHP's on 280 from Daly City to Palo Alto. All within a couple minutes of each other. So um yeah gotta watch out!

 

Good thing I take the bus to work.

 

The # of CHPs has gone up for the last 2 months, since Thanksgiving. CHP==revenue. Not sure if anyone else noticed, but there isn't much more PD on the roads. Take the side streets if it makes sense.

 

im used to it i live in daly city and plus there little fill up station fro gas is on my block

 

no tickets yet....i am just 2f2f......j/k....got stopped for doing 75 in a 65 in the fast lane....just keeping up w/ traffic is all i said and the guy let me go so its all good...but they are definately out there especially on 880 and 580...

 

I too have definitely noticed an increase in the CHP population on the freeways. I just moved to Half Moon Bay, and that is all that patrols out there besides SMC Sheriffs. Damn Unincorporated SMC....

 

I have seen alot more chp and sacramento sherrifs cars out patrolling lately. Gov Arnold's way of getting more money into the budget, catch more speeders.
