Anyone know where to rent a pickup?

I need a pickup to uhh.. Pickup some stuff, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that rented trucks anymore. Not U-Haul, don't wanna pay $.79 a mile or some crap.

I will call all the local places, but just wondering if anyone knows of something offhand. I rented a Ranger from Budget a while back, that would be great, but someone told me they don't do that anymore. We'll see.

TIA..

You can rent them at U-HAUL for $19.99 a day plus $0.79 a mile.

enterprise is nice but you don't get unlimited miles

you contract a certain miles per day and then pay for miles over that kinda like a lease. I remember the last time i rented one it was like a 250 mile minimum plan.

I just checked - forgot Enterprise rents trucks too.. A S-10 or Dakota is $49/day so that's perfect. Just gotta fit a 3S-GTE and tranny/transfer case. Last time I needed a truck, Budget was still doing the $25/ day Rangers.. Those were fun.

If you are willing to drive to mountain view I will ask the guy here from enterprise. I work at BMW MV and we hae a satellite enterprise here. I can get good employee discount. I once rented a 04 expedition for $45.00/day unlimited miles.

?? Guess I didn't need to post that. Just don't understand why people have to go to extra steps to be rude. Oh well. Makes me wonder if people are like this in person sometimes, as confrontational as they are at the computer. What's the point?
