ive wanted one for awhile and i cant really afford one but with the assault weapon ban lift i was wondering if they are legal? and where the hell i would even get one?

The assault rifle ban is federal. Cali has stricter rules that are still in place. That being said, why is that gun illegal?

You can buy it I believe... its not banned yet.
But if you want a better gun, get a Kel-tec SU-16! (Well, not better, but much cheaper, and you can fold it in half... and it takes M16 mags!)
