I just removed the "factory" spoiler. What a mess. I have 4 holes for the mounting points, two huge holes for some "safety cable" and the last hole for the third brake light.
7 holes in all. Did anyone else have this many too from their factory installed spoiler? I though I would have 5 at the most.
Weird. With that many plugs, I'm just waiting for the first person to ask "were you trying to install a spoiler and f'd it up? I think I'll opt for finding a wingless trunk.

Ace hardware has them. They're called Button plugs. Good luck getting off that dried silicon if it was used to seal the trunk from the factory. I tried everything to remove it and short of destroying the paint, I opted for a stock factory wingless in the end.
