Anyone know "Rouge" on NASIOC?

This mod and I havent seen eye to eye on several issues, including one about an engine block sale that went south and he threatened to ban me for leaving negative feedback for the seller.
Anyone know him off the forums? I want to talk to him outside NASIOC and see what his beef with me is exactly.

You and I have far different views. I feel (as most forums are set up) mods must be held accountable to a higher standard than others. That they must follow the rules right down to the letter without flaw. Most the forums I am on other than this one, outright bans mods who cross the line even a inch, one infraction, no warnings.
