Anyone know anything cool to do in Berlin?

I'm going back home to visit family in May and will be visiting Berlin during my stint in Germany. I've been to Berlin before but that was a long time ago... Here are the things that I want to see off the top of my head. If you guys can think of more things that are exclusive to Berlin. Berlin is one of the cities that I haven't really explored... Just went there for some WWII stuff and the wall and that was like 15 years ago. I'm also going to a few other major cities there so if you know of some restaurants or cool local places in any of the following cities, especially Berlin, please chime in as I'd love to visit places a little off the map.

Besides Berlin I'm going to the following: Frankfurt, Munich, Leipzig, Dresden, and possibly Stuttgart (which is where I grew up so not sure if Im gonna spend much time in Stuttgart and I've seen Porsche and such). I've been to the latter mentioned cities but appreciate any and all input, especially for Berlin since I haven't really explored the place.

Some highlights of the trip (Just Germany, excluding the Croatian Coast, which is def the biggest highlight):

Bauhaus museum
The Nurburgring (w00000000t)
WWII stuffs as well as military museums of various sorts
Modern art museums (all cities)

Looking for some good places to eat and having fun.

The BMW Museum in Munich was pretty sweet to check out.

I've never been to Berlin though, so can't really help much there. I'd have to check with my brother to see if he's been there (since he's been over in Vienna, Austria for something like 12 years now).
