anyone know anything about Eclipses?

For the 2nd gen, did the GS and GS-T have the same gear ratios? Also what was the redline on the GS? (I'm sure it must be lower than 7k)

I'm fighting a speeding ticket, accidentally squealed my tires going from a stop due to blad tires in raining conditions in my friend's eclipse and the cop claimed I was going 40 in a 25 "because I heard the tires squeal, if you want to contest it both me and my partner will be waiting for you in court". Biggest BS - he doesn't have any proof other than a video, and I've got a speed survey that says the 85th percentile speed at 10pm on that road is 33mph - even though since I'm a busy student I would have just sacked up and paid the darn ticket but that cop was such a rude A-hole about it I have to go stick it to him...

Thanks,
Ambert

However, its often on what they expect their days off to be... esp regular city patrol officers... and they don't get subpoenaed to traffic ticket case, I think

Most of the time it is on their days off, and unless he really cares, he wont show up. And no, they dont have to show up.

nah i don't care if the cops show up, I've already got this discussed with more than one lawyer (remember I'm doing this because the cop pissed me off more than anything else), and I'll win this one for sure as long as I maintain professional, and don't degrade to a raving vengeful lunatic
