Anyone interested in renting a room in Sunnyvale? NOW WITH PIX!
I may have a house to rent out pretty soon, but i need to see if there is any interest before i proceed. The house is a 5 bedroom 3 bath and is a 15min walk from deAnza college. I would love to fill the house with fellow i-clubbers, just kinda gauging interest at this point, but if you got any ideas let me know via this thread or pm.

Throw some pictures up, as well as pricing from room to room, or the whole house. It'll help others with the image and pricing in their own heads =). Oh and of course garage space too, we're all car enthusiasts =D

i will take some pix later this week... it would probably be around 650-750 utilities included. There is no garage, but there is covered parking for 3-4 cars, and safe street parking. The house is in between homestad and fremont ave, on hollenbeck near the safeway.

ok, here it goes with the pix. Hopefully there are atleast 3 peeps on here to rent, i would hate to have to resort to craigslist. I have to do alot of cleaning in the next couple of weeks, and get the internet and such hooked up. There is currently no furniture in the house. There is a washer and dryer, and of course a full kitchen. The entire house has new paint, inside and out.
Rooms 1 and 2 have refinished hardwood floors, a closet in each, and share a bathroom. These are in the main house. Please excuse the crappy pix, but they should at least give a feel and if anyone is seriously interested I can show you the house. Pm me if you need my #.
room#1 10x10. Rent will be $650. Window faces carport.
Room #2 10X12. Rent will be $675. Window faces street.
here is the bathroom for the first 2 rooms.
The next 2 rooms are in the converted garage, they both have new faux hardwood floors and track lighting.
Room #3 10X10. Rent will be $650. Window faces backyard
Room #4 11X9.5. Rent will be $675. Window also faces backyard.
