because we are so sue happy, someone got hurt as a spectator, that person would freaking sue the organization clean.

i just don't think it will happen for a long time.

well it IS sad to see little mexican kids get trampled by rally cars on youtube only to see the car keep driving since their time is more important...lol in a sad sorta way

and since we are "americans" they know it will take us longer to run out of the way.
