I guess I just have to learn to be comfortable with it. A previous boyfriend was pretty hard on me about it, so that made me really self-conscious and I have yet to go back to being comfortable with it.
It helps when playing hockey [and other sports] tho, I tell you that. Not only can you skate pretty quick, but cross-checking people when you tower over them is hilarious fun! Back when I played goal full time, I had a set of leg pads that were almost as big as one of our right wingers
Enough personal stuff [we're going to bore the others]...lol...I wish I could get a picture that accurately captures the epic trucker-sunburn i have on my right arm [since it was out the window all day hah].

You're not even that tall... I mean, 6'0 is above average, but not THAT tall... Go to Croatia and check out how tall the girls there are... Along the Dalmatian coast, people are really tall (where I'm from). You'll see girls that are up to 6'8"! (I've seen one at least). Girls that are 5'11-6'2" are a dime a dozen... When you see someone below 5'7, you know they are from the inland areas.
Did you know that tall people get paid more money on average? Did you know that they are offered jobs more often in the position when two people are interviewed and the shorter person is even a tiny bit more qualified then the tall person? Did you know that people will automatically respect you more when you're tall, it's a natural mental reaction to respect something/someone that is taller then you.
There are all sorts of benefits that you don't realize. All my friends are shorter then me, and clothes don't fit me as well as they do my friends, but who cares? Confidence will get you very far in life, especially in the dating world.
