it is about on par with a helix catback.
Catbacks don't help a heck of a lot with numbers. The best exhaust is a free flowing one. So get yourself a fart can like a helix or for the best flow, otherwise get yourself a borla hush, stromung dual tip, or prodrive. Any of those will probably flow just as good as the perrin but not as loud.

well i have a vishnu/taipan dual tip right now and i'm getting convinced that its pretty restrictive. i also live and drive a lot around milipitas so if the perrin dual tip is too loud then i have to think otherwise.
arent the taipan, stromung, and borla DUALS pretty similiar in performance and not much difference in loudness??

If you already have an aftermarket system but it's too loud, save yourself some money and just add a resonator instead of scrapping the whole system and starting new. The results might not be pretty, but honestly, who crawls underneath your car to admire your exhaust system?

Bosal dual tip is much louder than it's cousin, the Bosal single tip.
Perrin dual tip is effin loud when catless. Think Blitz nur spec loud.
If u don't want loud, the stromung would be your best choice as far as dual tips go
