Anyone have hookups for tire mounting/balancing?
I used to work at America's Tire Co, but my manager finally stopped giving me great employee discounts for stuff (I haven't worked there for over 3 years).
Anyone near Fremont that someone can hook me up with cheap mounting/balancing?

Go to Discount Brakes and Tires in Oakland. $15/wheel, mounting and balancing. They did a great job for me.
Ask for John, super nice guy. I told him I have many friends that need this service done properly. He said that he is more than happy to help us out!

I am trying to get my tire machine back from my pops. He took it out to florida with him cuz at the time i was living in an apartment and had no where for it. We used to use it for the race cars and all 9 of my parents cars and trailers.
if i can get it back and get my hands on a tire balancer i will do i-club peoples tires for Jager and red bulls.
Might be getting it back for christmas, *keeps fingers crossed*

Yeah, go to Discount Brakes and Tires in Oakland. They mount and balance for $60 and have done great work for me in the past. Ask for John, and I have no affiliation

yeah its rediculous what people charge...which is why i have 5 sets of wheels in my garage...i just buy wheelsets with good tires rather than get my *** reamed by tire shops.
Now i have like 4 wheelsets that need their bald tires taken off haha...i figure i can cut the bead somehow...paint/sell the wheels and start all over lol
$60 is fair, especially for the bay area shops that try to charge you at least $100
I've had mine done for $20 once when i brought in a loose set of wheels...all you need is a nice guy that likes to help others out...its not hard to do i dont know why they charge so much.
