contact the internet or fleet manager. They will give you the lowest rates and go from there. If and when you get the price you want - see kbb or edmunds.com - then let them know you are interested. Toyota is not the easiest to deal with when it comes to price, but the best thing to do is contact at minimum 2 dealerships and have them compete on price. which car are you looking for and what year. I received an e-mail today from an internet manager about incentive they have on the 2007's.
I am looking for a truck, but they sent me all incentive on all cars available.

I hate buying a car with cash.
They don't work with you as well because they don't make money on financing.
When buying a car with cash, finance it, then pay the loan.
Be sure the loan doesn't have any kind of penalties for paying it off early.

Your best deals are on 07's since the 08 pricing was just released a couple of days ago. they want to get rid of these cars. They were doing $3000 bucks off the Tundra, but v6 crew cab, if you pay cash.
Looks like I deleted that e-mail of incentives for this week but I have the one from last week.
I agree with Zoeb by the way. It is a little bit more difficult to deal with cash. Don't let them know about it.

you could also try www.carsdirect.com and see what price they give you for that car. that site also tells you what dealer invoice is, and i think that is pretty much the lowest a dealer would go, unless the car is REALLY unpopular. I think if you can get the price to a few hundred over dealer invoice that is an awesome deal.
If they aren't going to budge on price, walk out and take those thousands of dollars elsewhere. chances are there will be a dealer who would rather get less profits than have a vehicle sitting there tying up capital and taking up space on the lot

This is what I got today from the dealership.
2007 Camry CE
Automatic
AM/FM/CD
PM
PW
PDL
CC
Anti-lock brakes
MSRP - $20,339
Dealer Savings - $2,351
Net Cost - $17,968 (Before Tax and Licensing)
That's about $500 below invoice. I would think you can get that or better on any Camry. If you go over that, you paid too much.
Good luck.

I would start off telling them the price you want to pay and try to go from there. Call the internet manager in that are and ask how much they are dealing the car for then go from there. Make sure you go to a big dealership.
I don't think you want to go as far as Sacramento to do this one. That's where I am. Just ask the manager if he'd be willing to deal it for around $17,500. He'll work with you from there.
