you would think that if something bad did happen.. his phone wouldnt be getting charged.

The fact that it continues to ring, and not go straight to voice mail (like if the phone was off/dead), might be a good thing?

A buddy of mine that lives in Hercules is going to try and stop by tomorrow morning. I too just called his phone a few minutes ago and got his voicemail after it rang a few times. Phone is on for sure. Like stupidchicken said, if it was off or dead it would go straight to voicemail.
