you would think that if something bad did happen.. his phone wouldnt be getting charged.

A buddy of mine that lives in Hercules is going to try and stop by tomorrow morning. I too just called his phone a few minutes ago and got his voicemail after it rang a few times. Phone is on for sure. Like stupidchicken said, if it was off or dead it would go straight to voicemail.
