Not sure if they had to take your wheels off or not but I would press to get my lug nuts back.

Paul brought up a good question.. have any of you gone to the bar about them? I so would if my car was ever touched by them.

The lugnuts are most likely on another car. Scratch that, they definitely are. And Scammy wont fix the bumper. He'll make some BS excuse. And going to the BAR wont work, gotta step in the long line of others going after him. Make sure you bring your tent.......

This c*cksukker scammy sammy should be strung up & made into a human pinata. He really screwed me. BAR made sure hes not doing business as method4. I'll see him in court.

How does a shop go about "stealing" an '06 STI?

That's what written estimates are for - to limit the scope of work, and the price that the customer gets charged. If your friend agreed to additional work, then he should have been given a revised estimate.

As far as your brother, perhaps other avenues need to be explored in order to make sure this scamming con-artist CAN NOT ever lift a wrench again.

I almost got sucked into business with scammy before I figured out how shady he is. Jeremy from Crucial racing, sadly stayed around and ended up losing Crucial because of it. The guy deserves nothing but the worst IMO. Oh yea.. he still owes me about $500...

i use to hang out there everyday when my brother worked for him in the SF shop , apparently he still has a lot of cars over in san jose shop. He basically stole that car my friend has had it there for over a year and its barely even got worked on at all , hes missing interior , exterior and motor parts and it looks like it will NEVER get finished , scammy says hes always working on it but its yet to be finished. oh yeah and he use to make me run across the street to grab him lunch because thats the least i could do for him since he gave me "awesome deals" which is a couple dollars off normal pricing.

After reading this thread, I want to go punch this guy many times. Why hasn't anyone done that yet? Is he really strong or something?
