I got a ghetto one, it works pretty well but it depends on which camera you're using and what type of seats the car has. You can get my cell# from James, I'll be available after 1pm tomorrow.

You can always use a normal tripod and use string or the seatbelts if you cant find anything, thats what i do.

Mike,

I've got a pretty nice suction cup one.

PM me if you'd like to borrow it. Only issue is you'd have to pick it up from me somewhere in SF.

What do you mean 'machine' it? There are already plenty of awesome solutions out there:

I'm talking about machining something affordable and non suction based.

Something for inside the cabin. I've seen people use wood for between the seat post set ups and what not. If people can get me example of some they like and maybe what they'd change maybe I could work on it and machine it.

I don't mean to rain on your idea, so don't take it that way. But the suction mounts are pretty affordable ($28 for mine) and fully useful inside the cabin....

I guess a rig that worked on the 04/05 seats would be nice, as there are already setup for the 02-03 design outthere (the ones with vertical round bars hold the headrest.
