I'm going to be there with the Calculated Risk TT car. Alot of changes have been made, so it is going to be a good testing weekend.

I heard you can get air at 8-9.? And 15 is gonna be a serious brake check. Should be fun.

I'll try to snap some pics of the Speedelement Evo and Evan's TimeAttack STi. GST fixed my oil leak and I'm on my way out the door to put new front pads on.

The GOTO/Calculated Risk crew will be there as well. We will be running our H1 Hondas, testing our 25 hour Honda, and testing some new aero work on Evans STi (assuming we get it done tomorrow).

Yes I know the Honda to Subaru ratio is way off, but Subaru's are way to expensive to run just for fun in club, just ask Evan .

The weekend was a blast! It was all about jumping they bypass!
The track was a huge amount of fun in the reverse direction, and was far more technical. My best lap time was nearly a 2:08 flat, and Brian Lock who drove my car with a passenger managed a 2:03.4 or so. I have video of both sessions and later this week I will try and splice them together side by side so people can see the difference, amature vs. pro.:RockOn - not mine:

There were two wrecks in HPDE1, both roll overs. A new Mustang GT 500 and some modified Civic with a Type R motor, neither had roll cages. Luckily nobody was seriously injured.

It is so not worth you life to not spend a little bit on money on a roll bar or cage.

Evan's STi is looking better than ever. One day I'll get a ride!

The Speedelement Evo is looking just as awesome. I think they managed a 1:57 on the last session!

Can't wait to see the Redline Time attack in Nov!

The best part for me was seeing Mike Lock taking his Green Delsol into the air over 5.

Overall a really fun weekend, and really, a new track. I've wrestling with brake issues but got alot of practice and improved turning skills (thx Marcus if you are here on i-club). 2:12 was my best; I feel like the fat kid in P.E. class.
