seems like this thread is dead but i am moving to fresno and want to find out if there are any other suby people there. i have seen a couple people around but not many.

 

i moved from daly city to fresno a few years ago. i drive a white 04 wrx and my friend has a white 05 sti. We're always driving together around the Herndon, Bullard area.

 

I am from Orange Cove. It is about half an hour South East from Fresno. I get into town about every other week or so. I have not seen that many of us around either. Maybee a total of three guys in the last year or two. Don't know whats up with that since there is a dealer here and everything. You would think there would be more of us around. I have an Blue 04 WRX. Welcome to the "No".

 

actually, i've seen quite a few wrxs in town, but not so many stis

 

Like I said I am only in town a couple times a month so I just don't get around to see many WRX's. It would be cool to meet up with some guys from Fresno but every time I see one they are either driving away or the car is parked and no one is around to talk to. So I leave it up to threads like this to get to know people.

 

we have a monthly meet here on the first sunday of every month, so if you're in town maybe you could swing by. It's on the corner of Bullard and Palm.

My cousin who lives out there always told me about that but i didn't belive her. I finally made it out ther one day and i couldn't believe my eyes. Something is seriously wrong w/ that area. Emo/goths at the starbucks... the tuck boys riding around with dirt bikes in their beds blairing Poison... the homies in the low lows beating out to some beats.. its a sight i won't soon forget.

 

hey guys. i won't be able to make it out to the meet this sunday, i have to go to a wedding. but if anyone is going to be out on saturday night i will be out at blackstone in the target parking lot at around 9:30PM checking out the cars that roll by. being new to the area i am not too familiar with all that happens around here, but if any of you want to swing by it would be cool to meet some new people. other wise, hope the meet on sunday turns out well.
