Anyone ever bend the side bolsters on USDM STi seats ?

Anyone ever bend the side bolsters on USDM STi seats ?

I know someone who has done this for E36 M3 seats by taking off the fabric and bending the bolsters to make them grip more... wonder if it would work on the STi seats... lol

Seems like an upholstery specialist shop could do it. They have to know a lot of methods of working with fabrics / padding / leather ect..
