after watching that I'm still going to get the occasional egg Mcmuffin, or single cheeseburger.

I mean the dude was ordering the biggest things he could get and cram down his throat. And then we wonder why he was feeling soo sick? He does point out that there are folks that eat in the same quantities on a regular basis and he had it documented by several doctors so I can only imagine what many Americans are doing to themselves.

did you watch the extras when he put the burgers and fries in glass containers? YUMM!!!!!

If you eat 3 t-bones a day, you'll get sick and fat. If you eat 3 whole salmons a day, you'll get sick and fat. If you eat at a fancy restaurant 3 times a day, you'll get sick and fat. Why does it suprise/scare anyone that if you eat McDs 3 times a day you'll get sick and fat?!?!
McDonald's in moderation will not kill you or make you fat. Just like every type of food in moderation can be part of a healthy diet. Don't be fooled by this guy's hype, he just ate more than any person should and he ate the same things over and over...of course he got fat and sick.

yea seriously!.. think if everyone in america watched this, mc donalds sales would go down by at least 40% within a week. i know it should be ok eating fast food once in awhile cause its cheap and fast, but i think id prefer to fill that spot up with sumthing healthier~ even a little more costy or time consuming

That's what I'm saying.. (I didn't actually say it.. but i was thinking it.) Yeah, if you eat sh*t all day, of course that's how you're going to feel.

well i mean reality is people these days in america are getting used to eating fast food all the time, and i think its good that he shows how detrimental to your heath it is~ because a lot of people eat without thinking. i think this plays a huge role in the growing obesity in america~ compared to past america and present europe/asia/etc

Its not the food that is an issue in and of itself. Fast food is a culture that is based on lies about food. I'd wager that most people, even kids, realize that if you went to some big, fancy restaurant with rich food and sauces every night you would get sick and fat. But fast food is marketed to avoid that it shares in this reality. I doubt most kids who have not been exposed to a "SuperSizeMe counter culture" realize what a nutritional void fast food is. And, perhaps not by too much, but I would also wager that fast food is worse for you than the fancy restaurant's decadent meal, consdiring the path fast food takes from cows and seed to your stomach.

Its not just the food, its the food and its marketing, the ommissive lies in the marketing, the ease with which it is found, seen and the low cost to purchase it. I would put it on par with the overlall destructive force of the culture of cigarettes.
