wtf??? i was fine just thought i had allergies like everyone else for the last week. i woke up at 6 this morning feeling like crap. grrr

nyquil at nite...
makes a cold very livable for me...
wait... for allergies, day/nyquil aint really what you should take. an allergy supressant is what you need.
i suggest a visit with your physician or allergy specialist is what you need to do (unless you have done that already...)

I had the flu for the first time not too long ago and I felt like dying. Rest and drink plenty of water. Of course it's good to get medications as well. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger..

I've been sick since Friday and just missed 2 days of work that I'm not happy about. Started off as chest congestion, then nasal congestion, then sore throat + coughing + couldn't talk for a day and a half. Now I'm still just coughing up **** but feel a lil better and I'm gonna go back to work tomorrow regardless.
Not to make her sound feeble or anything...I'm sure she'll be fine...unless she really does have the bird flu....oh come to think about it too..wasn't the West Nile in SJ?
