heehee, not quite. I am quite excited about the movie. I can see the DVD release now... with additional footage brings the runtime to over 5 hours!!!

geesh i am not that much of a die-hard fan...have to see first two first...looks pretty interesting, but i am not about to take a day off of work or stand in line for days just to see it...no patience and not worth the time LOL

Most people who dress in costumes like that were not fans until after the movies came out. Real lovers of the book (like me) find all that crap revolting.

If Tolkien were to see the multi-billion dollar empire of industry using his work, I think he would throw-up. (Hint, hint, its something like Isengard)

That said I’m still going to see the last movie next week.

Saw it last night. Got out of theatre at 3am. I can sum up my review in 4 words, "Oh my f*****g god!"
