Anyone do Yoga?

Well, my friend acually talked me into going to a bikram yoga class with her today and I have no idea what to expect. Has anyone tried this before? Is it hard?

My ex convinced me to go last summer and I really liked it. It's not necessarily easy to do, but after awhile you get the hang. At the end of it you end up feeling really good, not sleepy relaxed, but you carry less tension and get the endorphines flowing. Try it at least once before you make up your mind.

WOw, so I just got back about an hour ago, bikram yoga is crazy! The sweat just drips from you constantly for 90 minutes. That was one of the most intense workouts I've ever had.

Yoga is good. It's been awhile since I've done it but it's really good for you... and yes, it's hard.

i do yoga, hatha yoga. It's so relaxing and I've become a lot more flexible since I started. I'm trying to get my hunny to go with me, but i don't think ill succeed. haha.

just emphasize the extra flexibility . . . I'm sure you can think of a few uh, "benefits" of your newfound flexibility
