Anyone dip (paint) wheels?

I wanna dip (paint) the wheels on my Audi. Does anyone know who can do it? And do they do a good job?

I wouldn't pay anyone to dip wheels. It's really easy, more easier then normal painting. Best part is if you mess up you can just peel it off.

we did my cousins Challenger. Took 4 cans one can each. just take the wheels off that car and spray them. wait a week or so to decide if you like them. it seems they looked rough and bad at first but after a week i guess they set or cured or what ever because they looked and felt better.

It just makes your wheels look cheap. Don't do it.

They do )-;

Then again they do have another product that you spray over the dip called "pearlizer" which gives it a finish smooth and shiny look. Never tried using it but watched some youtube videos on it.

Nothing looks more tacky than badly done wheels on a nice car

Don't paint them. Powder coating is the only way to go. Especially on a new Audi... Don't go cheap with a spray can.

I prepped and painted my wheels, and they look great! Prep is 100% the most important step. I took my time, and used satin black wheel paint in a rattle can. They look amazing. Everyone had their own preference.

Sweet. Just what I was looking for. I've seen the dip spray but yea I don't like the finish look. I've seen a few and something about it doesn't look right.

I use to dip, nasty habit, spitting all the time, forgetting a spit cup where someone else finds it...
