anyone been to "south bay test center" ?
a search pulled up nothing
needed a smog place as close to blacktrax as possible, and this is down the street - looked decent on yelp, but we all know what that means...
or any recommendation of a place in the south/east bay that will overlook an aftermarket header, but stock everything else

I take all my cars there since it's close to my house, but then again all my cars are stock. It's run by a middle-aged Vietnamese guy who's pretty nice. I don't know if he'd overlook modded parts, but when he does my vehicles he just glances under the hood. If you know someone who can speak Vietnamese maybe they could inquire?
