Anyone beat Final Fantasy XIII yet?

Although little is known about the game beyond its trailer and a solitary screenshot, Square Enix promised in a statement it'll sport a new story, an "evolved" battle system, and the return of numerous familiar characters from the original game.

Not yet. I stopped playing once I got to the point where I could actually explore lol. At some point I will finish, but there is a lot of the typical run-around-and-kill-**** that I do not really have the time for. Good game though.
i stopped when i had to use the little weenie kid and the chicks to beat that one eidelon that kills me real quickly. and the lack of a large overhead explorable map turned me off to it... just like in FFX. it is really pretty and fun to play.. and I probably will pick up the sequel.
