Nor Cal roads are great
Back when 91 octane wasn't $2.38 a gallon, I was making trips up to your area just to enjoy the roads.
Highway 36 from Fortuna to Red Bluff is a winner.
Same with 299 through Weaverville
And highway 128 from Cloverdale out to Albion and Mendocino (through Boonville and Philo).
You are lucky to live near all those great roads, and to have that cool coastal fog (I like it personally).
