If you want to go to Palo alto, they have what is called "christmas tree lane"

You can walk and drive around. Pretty nice houses too.

Although not in the South Bay, but in Fremont, on Zacate ave between Espada Ct and Zacate Pl., there are a couple cul de sac's with all Victorian style houses and they do go all out with christmas decorations.
