anybody have an OLD copy of photoshop they'd sell?

I am in the process of rejuvenating an old NT computer that I'd like to use for digital photo storage and handling and I'd like to get Photoshop, but I'm seriously not able to afford a new release, and I doubt it would even run on this machine if I could afford to go to the store any buy it off the shelf.

Since I expect any self respecting modern computer user would have long ago upgraded to newer better and faster stuff-
I thought I'd ask to see if any of you have the old Photoshop 3.0 CD kicking around that you might consider selling- cheap?

let me know.....

Thanks you guys,
I managed to rescue a copy of 3.0 (on floppy disks) from the dumpster here at work, so I'll see how far that gets me, I might still want to hit one of you guys up for an update sometime though.

If you don't necessarily need all the bells and whistles of photoshop, you might also want to look at the Windows version of the Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html).

I might have a few copies laying around.

So peaved. I asked for new software when ps7 first came out..shoot about 3 months before it came out....well they finally get it for me.....haven't even installed it yet.....new software out....would really like CS....always behind...so stupid.

They said hey we are ordering you new G4's...I says..I already have a G4 how about a G5...they say no...then they say yes. Well stupid crack heads order me the worst possible system ever. the 1.6 model with 256mb of ram.....HELLO...I start working on the system cause I don't know it's under powered....starts crashing...I loose a whole crap load of work and time and have to pull some free OT to get a project out the door.....so I say hay...we are under powered they say no...then they say OH...so you are. we'll get you more ram. I say I need a gig..we'll see cause it's been about a damn month and I haven't seen the ram yet......Right now I have a G4 sitting on my desk that does nothing but play cd's or dvd's while I work on my old G4. Got 3 monitors on my desk, two computers and another monitor on the ground in a box....heeesh....

I know I know...cry me a river right.

Just wish they'd listen to me from the get go..save themselves a bunch of money and me a bunch of grief.

OK I have to admit his stuff is getting a little bit too "engineering" level an approach, while I might not use all the bells and whistles, I do like the PS interface and stuff so I'm going to keep looking for that...

oh ,and those disks I found at work? .....

I didn't see the little M on the floppys- I already have it on the old apple, way too slow.......

Probably should have mentioned up front that I need the windows version (I guess it's implied since it's running on an NT machine)

So I guess I'm back on the hunt, any of you guys manage to dig anything up?
