pretty much no its about me getting scammed and the cops where i live a incompetant too liberal and probably high

There are actually cops on the board, I wouldn't know much in terms of view points from officers, I just know when they're crossing the line =)

i dont think anyone on that list are leo's. i know im not (i practice science, which sometimes incorporates logic and reason... sometimes). but i appreciate the attention

Yeah good luck with that though. Courts is where they stick all the rookies fresh out of the academy and/or the people who are twelve minutes from retirement. [At least in my experience they are.] If it is in Santa Clara County (although most departments have this system) you can call their non-emergency number to talk to an officer. Dont ask me what it is since I dont remember it, but they have phone lines set up for cases like this.
