Any Triathletes In Bay Area

Just curious if any of you are Triathletes and had done or will be doing Vineman.

Also, would you mine helping out a fellow i-clubber on a pair of running shoes from TRI-LAB?

All you have to do is to like my picture on facebook.

Thanks a lot. Hope to hear from a few of you swimmers, bikers and or runners.

No kidding! I plan on doing my first marathon next summer which seems daunting enough, but the thought of adding 2.4 mile swim and a 112 mile bike ride on top of that makes me

My ex father-in-law just won the Triathlon World Championship in Hungary in his age group. He's 70... I guess it beats playing shuffleboard.

I used Body Glide on them for my 12K over the weekend and I STILL had a bleeder.

I'm actually going to pic up some of those patches later.

You triathletes are animals and I hope one day to dig deep enough to even try completing one.

That reminds me....I always forget to sign up for Vineman until after it is closed...on the calender now. It'll be my first, and probably last, half-Ironman. Usually try to get Wildflower and Santa Cruz in every year. Did the Alcatraz this year, and highly recommend it if you are into pain....made Wildflower look easy.
