Cool Any Suggestions for North Bay "Date" Drive?

I'm taking my wife out on a day trip up the coast tomorrow. The key here is it is a DAY trip (grandparents wants us to pick up the kid tomorrow nite).

I am looking for any suggestions on cool places for breakfast, lunch, wineries, places to hangout, beaches, etc.

Thanks ahead of time for your suggestions!

Thats a pretty urban intensive route there, which may or may not be what you're after.

For the more "wild scenery" inclined; I'd hit up Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, Bolinas, Tomales and Dillon Beach, then you could cruise up to Guerneville and visit Korbel or a couple of the other wineries on the way back to civilization.

V. Sattui winery on 29 is pretty sweet. One of the last places that does free tasting, great wines and they have an awesome deli where you can grab snacks to have while you chill in there park-like area. Really nice place. Neibaum-Coppola is also really nice. Bring cash.

Checkin out citysearch. Maybe Tomales Bay for oysters. There's a place maybe near Stinson Beach that serves up a mean Abalone sandwhich. Anyone know of this place?

BTW, can I make it to Healdsburg spend some time and make it back to SF in a reasonable amount of time?

Too bad you picked the same weekend as the North Nevada Rally

http://www.northnevadarally.com/

or I'd be there, maybe even help organize....

Also stay on the lookout for this years 6th annual Redwood Rendezvous road rally adventure drive and Campout coming in September.
