So....i'm leaving for my honeymoon.

We decide to go hang out. catch a flick and hit up michaels to make some corny just married shirts. Watched fantastic 4... I dug it. michaels didn't pan out but that's another story.

So we're rolling 880 north on the way to mowry to hit the bank. I get on the freeway from dixon landing after lunch and I'm right behind this truck trying to get on the freeway...in traffic. Talking it's 5 oclock. This dude in a van speeds up and cuts in between me and the van...there was like maybe a half car length between us but I'm like man what a punk but whatever so I look over to slide in behind him...he's towing a damn trailor. I had to slam on my brakes. Slide off the freeway dodge a fricken cone and slide back on the freeway. I come up next to the guy in the next lane over and he's flipping me off before I even get there. This dude did all this KNOWING what he was doing. If I hadn't seen the trailor I would have been in the wall no doubt. So I get pissed. Cut him off and slam on my breaks to lead him off the the next exit..237. He follows me off the exit...sees traffic stopping and all of a sudden swerves. chucks a coffee cup at my car and drives across the dirt and cuts more people off as he gets back on the freeway. If it had not been for my wife I would have flipped a ***** right there and chased him down. There is no doubt in my mind that I would have at the very least broken his arm or jaw. I haven't been that pissed in probably 10 years.


Guy INTENTIONALLY put mine and my wife's life in danger for absolutely know reason. I'd be the first to admit if I pulled an ******* move or wasn't paying attention but that's not the case.the guy had something wrong with him. The ****** out and chucks a glass coffee cup at me. What a damn coward.


That pretty much began the end of what had thus far been a perfect wedding and start to a honeymoon. Since then it's been nothing but bad luck.

reminds me of the time when i was younger, I was with my mom driving down to L.A. and this semi-truck driver started to come into our lane very slowly... so my mom sorta keeps scooting closer and closer to the shoulder, and honks... You can tell it startled the guy as he YANKED the truck back over. As we pass him the ****er has the nerve to flip us off... We think he fell asleep at the wheel and then was pissed at us for waking him up

 

wow ray, sorry to hear bout all this drama.. it just means that the honeymoon will be all the more relaxing

To the OP - you could have just follow him while on the phone with the cop; or get his plate and call in to the cop with description of his van/trailer.

What is up with these a$$hats that they would throw stuff at you then exit the freeway or flip a quick turn to run away in a hurry. If they have guts to throw stuff at you then be a man and confront you. Happend to me twice!

 

Damn... that happen to me on my motorcycle... F'er cut me of 2 times and the 2nd time was intentional, so i threw a nice sized Nut (1 1/8"-8 hex nut) though his passenger window and bounced... he chased me but he got stuck in traffic...

Throwing stuff toward other vehicle is a felony. Having said that, I ride very differently than I drive. I would be dead by now if I ride the same way I drive. If you are on your bike, just give the dude a wave and split pass him and be on your way. No need to **** the guy off more so he can go and take it out on another biker.

man.. I am sorry to hear that... at least you guys are okay, i guess a good way to think of it is that you are getting rid of all the bad luck or face all the a$$hole right now and only have the good and nice people around you during your honey moon....

to the OP. sucks you had your wife in the car, i know that only made you even madder that he put her life in danger also, and that you couldnt chase after him because you would be doing the same thing...
