I'm getting new tires on my second set tomorrow and two of the RE92 (205/55/16) still have some tread. I can't tell you how much right now but if you are interested I can probably post a picture tonight. I think they are legal but they are on their way out so it's more if you have a need.

I need to know by tonight (say 10:00pm) and I'll need a definate commitment to take them.

Currently I drive from Novato to Santa Clara everyday so I can drop them off at points in-between within reason. I'm away this weekend so Monday would be the earliest.

Hey, if they have at least 5,000-7,000 miles left in them I will take them. My front tires are needing replacement while my back ones are still good (i need to rotate more often.)
Maybe drop off in SF, my brother lives in North Beach...

Here are some pics. They are worn a bit unevenly and one is slightly better than the other. I'm not making any recommendations as to whether they are legal or even useable. That's entirely your decision. The center treads are a bit deeper than the top of Lincolns head on a penny. The side treads are a bit more worn.

If you would like them I need to know tomorrow morning (Friday) preferably before 8 am. I will ask the shop to hold them until we pick up the wheels at around noon. After that they will be gone.
