Went out around midnight, no idea why.

Why? A semiconductor nodule went out sending a power surge through the flux capacitor. It happens.

i lost power up here in santa rosa.
some blacked out fool grabbed the breaker lever while takin a whiz on my dogs house outside!!!!
he'll never breathe right again !
