Do you guys think it would be possible to run track days with the stock calipers if equipped with slotted and drilled rotors, sport pads, ss lines and high quality brake fluid?

If you have never been to the track before your stock set up will proubably work fine for the first couple of days.
Then mods in order
1. pads
2. lines and fluid at the same time, because you will have to bleed the brake fluid and you might as well only do it once.
3. Rotors-Slotted good, Drilled-bad. I don't know if I have ever seen a decent quality drilled rotor for the Subaru that isn't part of Brembo BBK. When and if you change rotors just put on a slotted or even a plain old blank disc.
Come on out to the track and give it a try. It is nothing like driving on the street. Way more fun and you don't have to worry about the police. Take it to the track, have fun and then figure out what your car needs. All stock is still fun.

Just found out that Thunderhill cancelled their Lapping Days program due to lack of intrest. For beginners I would reccomend TEAM Racing on August 28th or Trackmasters on August 21 and Sept 11th. Once you get a couple of days experience then there are a lot more options available. You can pm me if you have any other questions concerning different HPDE days.

If you are going to start out in the intermediate group come out with on Sept 3rd with GGLOTUS.org. They are a laid back good group to run with. More track time than you can handle in one day. Plus they are running the track backwards that day so everyone will be learning some new lines. As long as you have proper track ediquite from your motorcycle days you should have no problems. Come on out, the Subarus have been in decline for quite a while and it would be nice to get some more out on the track.
There's a full track drift/grip session at T.hill nov 18th. It's mainly a drift day, my friend runs a grip session as well. So the track is usually pretty dead during the grip sessions ahaha! Real laid back track day..
