Any local shops stock Hankook VentusRs2 Z212 in 225/50/15? I can only find one online place and shipping is killer

call DiscountTireDirect/Discount Tire/America Tire Co. and they should be able to special order them for you. I'm going to be getting them in 225/45-17 and they told me to just call when I want to order them

Well, discount tire sells em for $102, with free shipping but they ding you with insurance (free replacement, $66.00) + valve stems $12, total is $502...

If you go with edgeracing.com, $89 x 4, $356 + $75= $431...I'm not sure, if they add tax, but all in all, it comes out less than $500.

 

I was looking at edge racing, but the $68 in shipping was kinda high. Plus supporting local places is cool.


TheTireShoppe.com looks like they carry a032r's as well. I'll have to give him a call tomorrow as those are my first choice, but couldn't find a source for them.

Were talking about the same AIM right? Located at Sears Point? I'm surprised they didn't know that tire. Maybe because they only really carry and deal with race tires.

 

yeah, AIM i was suprised to, enough to make me order the tires from FL and pay $70 shipping.

Its BS theres not an Edge Racing here in the bay or at least LA!

I got a set through edge racing and everything was good + it shipped really fast +1 for edgeracing.com

 

I ended up going through TheTireShoppe.com.

Great customer service. Great prices. ($40 cheaper on shipping than edge + cheaper per tire).

Too bad they don't get A032r's anymore though

I would definately recommend them.
