I almost got nailed for my nunchuckus once! I was coming home from training (Wing Chun, Choy Lay Fut, and a mix of other things), got pulled over and was stupid enough to tell the officer that I had them in the trunk (I was just being honest, and I was about 20). The officer flipped out until he had proof that I practiced martial arts, and somehow it was ok.

Daniel, it is ok to have them if you practice martial arts, but you can only transport them to and from your place of practice.

Its between an AUG or an FS2000, but I think I'll get an AUG, cuz I love them so damn much. Not till next year though.
