Basic developing with minimal custom graphics.

it would be "a" NDA. (just ****in with ya)
But your NDA wouldn't mean anything unless you already have rights to what ever it is you are trying to develop.

Edit: Unless you already have your idea completely documented and written out how you want the app to be built.
But if not that's where the NDA wouldn't help you because say the person you shared you idea with just goes and does it himself/herself you wouldn't be able to prove it was yours to begin with.
