Problem: ****ed up idle...
Situation: n00b known as Gagan comes over to the one named Bill.
Events that took place: 6 minutes of listening to idle...
Diagnosis: From listening, he said "You're MAF is ****ed up..."

And what do you know? it was my MAF... took the 76 guys my dad had look at it (after i told him... he didn't believe me ) 2 days to figure it out...

TRUST ME, they are good people...

RS TURBO just got an EJ20 swap there, he's ecstatic about it. Nothing but good reviews on the boards.

I've talked to some of the locals around here and heard nothing but good things about them. I'll be taking my hybrid to them as soon as the last parts get here finally.

I had them throw in an uppipe recently. Keep in mind that I normally do my own work (i.e. swap transmissions, motor work, etc....we're talking a little more than oil changes here ) so I definitely know my way around mechanically. It means I end up being a picky little bastard on exactly who I let work on the car!

On this one, I simply ran out of time. Therefore, I paid to have it installed at I-speed.

It took longer than it should have (due to a few factors, not I-speed's fault), but I-speed kept at it until it was RIGHT. They also stuck to their original quoted price, which was VERY reasonable!

I would definitely trust them with my car again!

Heheheheheh, I think they can handle that

(After hearing all the raving about complex and detailed work, I was not thinking the original thread was going to be over a MBC install )

I-Speed is awesome. They quoted me an insanely low price for my engine swap, then actually did the work. And did it VERY well. Adam is awesome. He was VERY detail oriented and made sure everything was PERFECT. I haven't had a single problem with the car since I got it back, about 4000 miles ago. And this was a JDM engine swap so he had to change some things around for the RHD engine.

heheh, yeah I am kidding about the MBC, I just thought that would be really funny to get a bunch of input for installing a VERY easy piece to self install.

They are doing major surgery to my WRX...I can't wait.
